Terms you are agreeing to when commissioning me, Violation of any of these terms will result in being blacklisted.
♡ I have the right to decline any commission for whatever reason, and I ask this to be respected.🌸 My art is for personal use only, you are not allowed to make profit from it.♡ I have a hard time with english and have a poor memory, plz be patient with me.🌸 Please provide me with as many visual references as you can, as well as a description of the character’s personality and any ideas for pose/emotion/etc.🌸 You are not allowed to erase or cut my watermark/signature\edit or alter my artwork in any way without my permission.♡ As the artist i maintain all the rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, unless discussed otherwise.🌸 My art is not to be used to train ai
Payment & Refunds
🌸 I will only start after I receive full payment♡ I don't work with deadlines! estimated time is 1 or 2months+ This is mostly for my mental health though I will try to get it done quickly.
♡ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.🌸 If i started the sketch i will refund 80% of the payment, after you approve the sketch - no refunds.♡ If commission is not paid for I am able to reuse the sketch ych,comm,etc
Design TOS
Please do not take credit for my designs. If done maliciously, this can result in a blacklist.
♡ References and extra art that comes with my adopts cannot be majorly edited, you may change gender, give top scars etc(plz don't be afraid to ask)🌸 I must be credited for the design and original artwork, you will include me in the credit of future re-designs and references.
(Do not remove or cover my signature/watermark)♡ I will only hold a design for up to 24 hours (unless agreed otherwise). If you fail to pay within that time frame, the adoptable will be released.🌸 I won’t give refunds for designs, but you may regift, trade or sell said design.♡ The price of my designs only increases when extra art is added, their value does not increase when traded.
